Client Acquisition & Sales Executive (Salon)

We are looking for a confident Sales Executive who can help us bring new clients into our premium salon.

👉 No salon or beauty industry experience is required.

👉 Complete training on salon services, products, and consultation will be provided.

• Talking to incoming leads (calls & WhatsApp)

• Convincing and converting leads into confirmed salon bookings

• Following up with potential clients and closing sales

• Visiting premium shops, boutiques, gyms, clinics, studios, etc. to build referral partnerships

• Placing and managing gift vouchers and referral tie-ups

• Maintaining simple daily sales and conversion reports

• Someone with prior sales experience (any industry)

• Confident communicator (English/Tamil)

• Comfortable handling objections and closing deals

• Willing to do both inside sales + outside field visits

• Result-oriented mindset

👉 Salon experience is NOT mandatory. A sales mindset is mandatory.
