About the Role

Quantam Minds is looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about learning and building a career in Search Engine Optimization (SEO). This opportunity is suitable for students, freshers, and beginners who have a basic understanding of SEO or are eager to develop practical, real-world skills by working on live projects.

The internship and stipend will be determined based on your current SEO knowledge, practical understanding, and performance during the evaluation process.

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform On-Page SEO optimization for websites.

Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.

Assist with Off-Page SEO activities and link-building strategies.

Identify and report Technical SEO issues.

Analyze website performance using SEO tools.

Optimize meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, and content.

Prepare SEO audit reports with actionable recommendations.

Work on Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.

Collaborate with the content and development teams to implement SEO best practices.

Learn and apply current Google Search guidelines and SEO techniques on live projects.

Eligibility

Students, freshers, or candidates interested in building a career in Digital Marketing and SEO.

Basic understanding of SEO concepts is preferred.

Familiarity with Google Search, keywords, or website optimization is an advantage.

Strong willingness to learn and work on live client projects.

Good analytical and communication skills.

Evaluation Process

Shortlisted candidates may be assigned a practical SEO assessment, such as reviewing a live website and preparing an On-Page or Technical SEO report. This evaluation helps us understand your current knowledge and determine the most suitable role and learning path.

Stipend Structure

The internship may begin as a learning phase depending on the candidate's current level of SEO knowledge.

Learning Phase: Unpaid internship for candidates who require foundational training.

Performance-Based Stipend: Up to ₹10,000 per month, depending on your SEO knowledge, practical skills, quality of work, consistency, and overall performance.

Candidates demonstrating strong understanding and the ability to work independently on live projects may be offered a paid internship from the beginning or transitioned to a paid role after the evaluation period.
