Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Performance Marketing Specialist at Ostello. The role involves strategizing and executing performance-driven marketing campaigns to increase user acquisition and engagement. Responsibilities include conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing online advertising platforms, analyzing campaign metrics, and optimizing performance to achieve business goals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and drive sales is a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to drive user acquisition and growth through paid digital campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, TikTok, and Reddit Ads to generate high-quality leads and conversions.
Key Responsibilities :
• Plan, launch, and manage paid marketing campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and Reddit.
• Optimize campaigns to achieve better ROI, lower CPA, and higher conversions.
• Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and creatives.
• Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Pixels, and other tracking tools.
• Run A/B tests on ad creatives, audience segments, and landing pages.
• Work closely with the content and design team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven optimizations.
• Prepare weekly reports on campaign performance, insights, and growth opportunities.
Requirements :
• 2–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Growth Marketing.
• Hands-on experience managing ads on Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Reddit Ads.
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, funnels, attribution, and analytics.
• Experience with lead generation, app installs, or conversion campaigns.
• Ability to analyze data and scale successful campaigns.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
