Tringapps is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager – Digital Marketing Services to drive growth across our digital marketing offerings. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong digital marketing agency background and proven success in selling marketing-led engagements across global markets.

You will be responsible for pipeline generation, discovery, solutioning, and proposal development, working closely with marketing, content, and delivery teams.

• Generate new business for digital marketing services including SEO/SEM, marketing automation, analytics, and multi-channel campaigns
• Lead outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, events, and partnerships
• Conduct client discovery to understand goals, budgets, and KPIs
• Develop and present tailored proposals in collaboration with creative, technical, and analytics teams
• Identify cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
• Track pipeline, forecasts, and revenue using CRM tools
• Build relationships with marketing technology and advertising platform partners
  

• 9–11 years of business development or client acquisition experience in a digital marketing agency (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of SEO, paid media, content marketing, and marketing automation platforms
• Proven ability to close mid-to-large digital marketing engagements
• Experience working with global clients and senior decision-makers
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
