Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SDS/2 Detailer to prepare accurate shop drawings, erection drawings, and fabrication details for structural steel projects. The role involves interpreting IFC drawings, creating detailed steel drawings, and ensuring compliance with fabrication and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare shop drawings, erection drawings, GA drawings, anchor bolt plans, and miscellaneous steel details using SDS/2

Review structural and architectural drawings

Coordinate with engineers, fabricators, and project teams

Generate BOM, bolt lists, and fabrication reports

Ensure compliance with AISC and project standards

Perform self-checks and maintain revision control

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Civil / Structural / Mechanical Engineering

Minimum 4 years of experience in SDS/2 steel detailing

Strong knowledge of steel connections, fabrication, and erection

SDS2 Checker:

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SDS/2 Checker to review steel detailing drawings and models for accuracy, quality, and compliance before client submission and fabrication.

Key Responsibilities

• Review shop drawings, erection drawings, and 3D models
• Verify dimensions, connections, member marks, and fabrication details
• Ensure compliance with AISC and client standards
• Identify errors and coordinate corrections with detailers/modelers
• Support QA processes and maintain revision control

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
• Minimum 4 years of experience in SDS/2 checking and steel detailing
• Excellent knowledge of fabrication, erection, and steel standards
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus
• Good knowledge of the AISC Standard

SDS2 Modeler:

Job Summary

We are hiring a skilled SDS/2 Modeler to develop accurate 3D structural steel models and fabrication-ready outputs for commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Create 3D and 2D models of beams, columns, braces, stairs, handrails, and miscellaneous steel using SDS/2
• Generate shop drawings, erection drawings, BOM, NC files, and material take-offs
• Review IFC drawings and resolve RFIs/design changes
• Coordinate with engineers, clients, and fabrication teams
• Ensure compliance with AISC standard

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Civil / Structural / Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in SDS/2 modeling
• Knowledge of steel fabrication, connections, and erection processes
• Good knowledge of the AISC Standard
