Key Responsibilities

• Understand client briefs, business objectives, audience context, and brand direction.
• Develop concepts, story flows, voiceovers, dialogues, narration, and screen directions.
• Write scripts for corporate films, brand films, employer branding videos, explainers, testimonials, training modules, and digital content.
• Simplify complex business ideas into clear, engaging narratives.
• Collaborate with strategy, design, servicing, and production teams from concept to execution.
• Adapt tone and writing style across brands, audiences, and formats.
• Revise scripts based on feedback while retaining the core idea's strength.
• Ensure scripts are clear, purposeful, visually workable, and aligned with the communication strategy.
