Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore North for a Science Teacher with responsibilities in Social Studies and related school activities. The educator will plan and deliver engaging science and social studies lessons for middle school learners, aligned with the school’s curriculum and learning objectives. Daily tasks include preparing lesson plans, using diverse teaching strategies, assessing student performance, providing feedback, and maintaining accurate records of progress. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues, participating in school events, communicating effectively with parents and guardians, and contributing to a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
Qualifications

• Experience teaching middle school learners and understanding of age-appropriate pedagogical approaches.
• Strong subject knowledge in science and social studies, including the ability to connect concepts to real-world contexts.
• Curriculum development and lesson planning skills to design structured, engaging, and standards-aligned learning experiences.
• Excellent communication skills for clear instruction, constructive feedback, and effective collaboration with students, colleagues, and families.
• Relevant teaching qualification or degree in Education, Science, Social Studies, or a related field.
• Ability to manage classrooms, support diverse learning needs, and use formative and summative assessments to guide instruction.
• Comfort with basic educational technology and digital tools to enhance teaching and learning.
