Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP TM (Transportation Management) Consultant with strong expertise in transportation planning, freight management, and logistics execution within the SAP ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting transportation processes using SAP Transportation Management, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems and efficient transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and manage Transportation Management processes including freight planning, freight order management, and freight settlement.
• Maintain and manage TM master data including Business Partners, Locations, Transportation Lanes, and Resources.
• Work on Freight Order Management, Freight Planning, and Freight Settlement to support end-to-end transportation operations.
• Configure charge calculation, rate tables, and freight agreements for accurate freight cost determination.
• Support transportation planning activities using TM Optimizer and Transportation Cockpit.
• Integrate transportation processes with Sales and Distribution and Materials Management modules within SAP S/4HANA.
• Ensure smooth order fulfillment and shipment execution through TM integration with logistics and supply chain processes.
• Participate in system configuration, testing cycles, and deployment of transportation solutions.
• Provide functional support and troubleshoot TM-related issues in production environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance transportation efficiency and system performance.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of TM master data: Business Partners, Locations, Transportation Lanes, and Resources.
• Expertise in Freight Order Management, Freight Planning, and Freight Settlement.
• Experience with Charge Calculation, Rate Tables, and Freight Agreements.
• Good understanding of TM Optimizer configuration and Transportation Cockpit.
• Knowledge of integration between TM and SD/MM modules for transportation execution.
• Familiarity with Embedded TM in SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Hands-on experience working with SAP Transportation Management modules in implementation or support projects.
• Experience in logistics, transportation planning, or supply chain solutions within SAP environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in SAP logistics or supply chain modules integration.
• Exposure to transportation optimization and route planning solutions.
• Knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies and best practices.
