Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quality Assurance Specialist role based in Gurgaon. The Quality Assurance Specialist will design, implement, and maintain quality standards and procedures to ensure MonitorExam’s products and services meet regulatory, reliability, and performance expectations. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing processes, conducting tests on features and workflows, documenting and analyzing defects, and coordinating with product, engineering, and operations teams to resolve quality issues. The role also involves preparing quality reports, supporting internal audits, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives for both software and service delivery. The specialist will help ensure a consistent and secure user experience across all supported platforms and markets.
Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Quality Assurance and Quality Control, with experience designing and executing test plans and quality checks.
  • Proficiency in Quality Management principles, including creating and maintaining standard operating procedures and quality documentation.
  • Experience with Quality Auditing, including planning and conducting internal audits and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) or comparable regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to software and service quality.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to interpret data to drive improvements.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present findings clearly.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Quality Management, or a related field; relevant certifications in QA or auditing are an advantage.
  • Prior experience in EdTech, SaaS, or online assessment environments is beneficial, along with familiarity with basic testing tools and methodologies.
