SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

We are looking to hire a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant for our existing client.

We are looking for Japanese-speaking consultants.

Role Description

This is a contract and remote role for a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant. The consultant will design, implement, and optimize SAP SuccessFactors solutions tailored to client-specific needs. Key responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, configuring SAP SuccessFactors modules, integrating systems, managing master data, and advising on business process improvements. The role also involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver seamless solutions and achieve client objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, solve complex problems, and deliver actionable insights
• Consulting expertise to understand client needs, create tailored solutions, and provide strategic recommendations
• Knowledge of business processes and ability to streamline workflows for operational efficiency
• Proficiency in master data management and an understanding of how it integrates with enterprise systems
• Experience with system integration, particularly aligning SAP SuccessFactors with other enterprise software
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and clients
• Familiarity with best practices in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and customization
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional certifications in SAP SuccessFactors modules and experience in AI-enhanced SAP customizations are a plus
