We are currently seeking a SAP QM consultant to join our team in Remote, Andhra Pradesh (IN-AP), India (IN).

Position Title: SAP Quality Management (QM) Lead

Experience Required: 10+ years in SAP PP and QM

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4 HANA QM implementations, enhancements, and support activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QM with PP, MM, SD, and other modules.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations.
• Design and configure QM processes including inspection planning, results recording, defect management, and quality notifications.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in quality and production processes.
• Provide expert guidance on SAP best practices and industry standards.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users and support teams.
• Support audit and compliance activities related to quality processes.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP QM and PP modules.
• Proven track record of leading SAP QM implementations or rollouts.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and quality processes.
• Experience with integration points between QM and other SAP modules.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, and manage change.
