Job Description

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented professionals to join our team as a US IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who are interested in building a long-term career in US IT staffing and talent acquisition. The position requires strong recruitment skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and good verbal and written English communication.


Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements

• Understand and analyze job requirements received from US clients

• Source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, and referrals

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or video interviews

• Assess candidates’ technical fit, availability, and English communication skills

• Coordinate interviews between candidates, account managers, and clients

• Work on W2, and C2C hiring models

• Maintain ATS, recruitment trackers, and candidate documentation

• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle

• Ensure compliance with US staffing processes

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets


Required Skills & Qualifications

Good verbal and written English communication – mandatory

• Undergraduates / Graduation in any discipline

• Freshers or 0–1 year experience in recruitment, sales, or voice process

• Willingness to work in US shift (Night Only)

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and follow-up skills

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment


Preferred (Good to Have)

• Basic knowledge of US IT technologies and roles

• Understanding of US visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC)

• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder
