Roles & Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and support SAP Fieldglass solutions.
• Configure Contingent Workforce (CW) and Services Procurement (SOW/SPM) modules.
• Gather business requirements and provide functional solutions.
• Design workflows, approvals, and business rules.
• Integrate SAP Fieldglass with enterprise systems using APIs and SAP Cloud Integration.
• Prepare functional specifications, execute UAT, and support go-live activities.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot application issues.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver successful implementations.

Experience Required:

• 4-8 years of experience in SAP Fieldglass implementation and support.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Fieldglass configuration.
• Knowledge of Contingent Workforce, Services Procurement, and Vendor Management.
• Experience with API, Web Services, and SAP Cloud Integration.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP Ariba, or SuccessFactors is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
