Senior SAP BRIM Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP BRIM Consultant with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in subscription billing, charging, invoicing, contract accounting, and integration with SAP S/4HANA and CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support SAP BRIM solutions based on business requirements.
• Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements from business stakeholders.
• Configure and customize SAP BRIM modules including:
• SAP Convergent Charging (CC)
• SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI)
• SAP Convergent Mediation (CM)
• SAP Subscription Order Management (SOM)
• SAP Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA)
• Design and support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes for subscription and usage-based billing.
• Configure billing plans, pricing models, charging plans, invoicing, and revenue management processes.
• Integrate SAP BRIM with SAP S/4HANA, SAP CRM, SAP SD, SAP CPI/BTP, and third-party applications.
• Perform functional testing, integration testing, UAT support, and production deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and user manuals.
• Work closely with technical teams for custom developments, enhancements, and interfaces.
• Support data migration and system upgrades during implementation projects.
• Participate in client workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution design discussions.

Required Skills

• 5–7 years of SAP consulting experience with strong expertise in SAP BRIM.
• Hands-on experience in at least one or more SAP BRIM implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of:
• SAP Convergent Charging (CC)
• SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI)
• SAP Subscription Order Management (SOM)
• SAP FI-CA
• SAP Convergent Mediation (CM)
• Experience with subscription-based business models and recurring billing.
• Good understanding of pricing, charging, billing, invoicing, and revenue management processes.
• Experience integrating SAP BRIM with SAP S/4HANA, SAP CRM, SAP SD, and SAP CPI/BTP.
• Knowledge of APIs, IDocs, Web Services, and interface technologies.
• Experience in preparing functional specifications and supporting technical teams.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Knowledge of SAP BTP Integration Suite/CPI.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Exposure to SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) is an added advantage.
• SAP BRIM certification is preferred.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• SAP BRIM Certification is an added advantage.
