Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Zuora Billing Lead to drive the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Zuora Billing solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in subscription billing, revenue lifecycle management, and integrations, and will lead the team in delivering scalable solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of Zuora Billing and Zuora CPQ solutions.
• Design and manage subscription lifecycle processes, including:
• Product catalog setup
• Pricing plans and rate plans
• Billing, invoicing, and collections
• Configure and manage billing rules, workflows, and payment integrations.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand billing and monetization requirements.
• Lead end-to-end solution design and architecture for Zuora implementations.
• Integrate Zuora with Salesforce, ERP systems, and other enterprise applications.
• Oversee data migration, reconciliation, and billing validations.
• Ensure compliance with revenue recognition and accounting standards.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams.
• Support UAT, production deployment, and post-go-live support.

Required Skills & Experience

Zuora Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience in:
• Zuora Billing
• Zuora CPQ
• Subscription Lifecycle Management
• Experience in pricing models, invoicing, payments, and collections.

Functional Knowledge

• Strong understanding of:
• Subscription business models (SaaS, recurring billing)
• Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
• Revenue lifecycle management

Integration & Technical Skills

• Experience in integrating Zuora with:
• Salesforce CRM / CPQ
• ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Knowledge of:
• REST APIs and middleware tools
• Data migration and reconciliation techniques

Leadership Skills

• Experience leading teams and client discussions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to drive solution design workshops.

Preferred Qualifications

• Zuora Certifications (Billing, CPQ Consultant, Admin).
• Experience in Zuora Revenue (RevPro).
• Exposure to financial systems and accounting principles.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
