Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Project Manager to lead end-to-end SAP Finance implementation and transformation projects. The candidate will manage SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, and support engagements while ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

• Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementation and rollout projects.
• Manage project planning, scope, timelines, and delivery milestones.
• Work closely with finance business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements.
• Ensure integration of SAP FICO with modules like MM, SD, PP, and HR.
• Manage project risks, issues, and change management processes.
• Lead cross-functional teams including functional consultants, developers, and business users.
• Ensure project delivery within budget and schedule.
• Provide regular project status reports to leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive process improvement and digital finance transformation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.

SAP FICO managers typically oversee implementation, coordinate teams, and ensure projects meet business objectives and timelines.

• Strong experience in SAP FICO (FI & CO modules)
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation

• Asset Accounting
• Cost Center Accounting
• Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
• Product Costing
• Strong knowledge of integration with MM, SD, PS modules
• Experience managing large SAP transformation projects

• Experience with Agile / Waterfall project management
• SAP S/4HANA Finance experience
• SAP Fiori exposure
• SAP BPC / BW / HANA knowledge
• PMP / Prince2 certification
