SAP Business Consultant

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Business One (SAP B1) Manager/Executive who has hands-on experience in implementation and support within a manufacturing environment. The candidate will be responsible for managing SAP B1 functional activities, ensuring smooth system operations, and supporting business users.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support SAP Business One implementation and post-implementation activities
• Handle configuration across SAP B1 modules including Finance, Inventory, Production, and Sales
• Provide user training and ongoing system support
• Coordinate with internal teams for process improvements and automation
• Monitor and resolve system issues and ensure data accuracy
• Assist in production planning and inventory management workflows
• Support cost accounting and financial reporting processes
• Prepare documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Work closely with management to optimize business operations through SAP B1

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience implementing SAP Business One in a manufacturing company
• At least 2 years of hands-on SAP B1 implementation experience
• Strong knowledge of all SAP B1 functional modules
• Good understanding of:
• Accounting concepts
• Cost accounting
• Inventory management
• Production planning
• Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken)
• Candidates from Pune or Mumbai willing to relocate can also apply
