Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Presales Technical Consultant – ERP role based in Rajendra Place. The Presales Technical Consultant will collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements, design ERP solutions, and prepare tailored demos, presentations, and proof-of-concept configurations. The role involves conducting product walkthroughs, answering technical and functional queries, and supporting RFP/RFI responses with accurate solution documentation. The consultant will work closely with implementation and support teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with client expectations. Daily activities include gathering business requirements, mapping them to SAP and custom ERP capabilities, creating solution proposals, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Webtel’s products, SAP offerings, and industry best practices.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Pre-Sales Technical Consulting and Presales, with experience in solutioning, demonstrations, and proposal support.
• Candidates should possess skills in Consulting and Sales, including requirement gathering, stakeholder communication, and supporting deal closure.
• Candidates should possess Technical Support capabilities, with the ability to address technical queries and coordinate with delivery teams to validate solutions.
• Solid understanding of ERP systems, ideally SAP, including core modules, integration concepts, and typical enterprise workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience translating business needs into practical ERP solutions.
• Prior experience in a presales or techno-functional ERP role with enterprise clients is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Rajendra Place, collaborate across teams, and manage multiple opportunities and timelines.
