Hiring | Head – Demand & Supply Planning

We are looking for an experienced Head – Demand & Supply Planning to lead end-to-end planning operations for a leading manufacturing organization.

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving demand planning, supply planning, S&OP/IBP, inventory optimization, customer service, and cross-functional alignment across multiple manufacturing locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the organization's Demand & Supply Planning function.
• Drive the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) / Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.
• Develop accurate demand forecasts and optimize inventory across the supply chain.
• Coordinate with Sales, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance to ensure seamless planning and execution.
• Drive supply planning across multiple manufacturing plants and contract manufacturing locations.
• Monitor and improve forecast accuracy, inventory turns, service levels, and other supply chain KPIs.
• Lead order management, customer service, and inbound logistics functions.
• Drive continuous improvement, process excellence, and digital transformation initiatives within Supply Chain.
• Build and mentor a high-performing planning team while collaborating with senior business leaders.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 15–22 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong expertise in:
• Demand Planning
• Supply Planning
• S&OP / SIOP
• Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
• Inventory Planning
• Forecasting & Demand Analytics
• Supply Chain Planning
• Hands-on experience with planning tools such as SAP IBP, SAP APO, Oracle SCM, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder/JDA, o9 Solutions, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Finance.
• Experience leading large cross-functional teams and driving business transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
