About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Kinaxis RapidResponse Consultant to join our team and deliver enterprise-scale supply chain planning solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing and supporting Kinaxis RapidResponse, with strong expertise in demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, integrations, and solution customization.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable supply chain planning solutions.
• Configure demand planning, supply planning, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
• Design and develop workbooks, composite workbooks, scorecards, dashboards, and reports.
• Configure alerts, automation chains, and scheduled tasks to improve planning efficiency.
• Develop scripts and integrate Kinaxis with external applications using Web APIs.
• Support data integration processes, troubleshoot configuration issues, and resolve production incidents.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure solution performance, data integrity, and adherence to implementation best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of overall IT experience with hands-on expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse.
• Experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Kinaxis solutions.
• Strong understanding of demand planning, supply planning, and S&OP processes.
• Experience developing advanced workbooks, composite workbooks, scorecards, and dashboards.
• Hands-on experience configuring alerts, automation chains, and scheduled tasks.
• Experience with scripting and Web API integrations.
• Good understanding of system integrations, preferably with SAP.
• Ability to troubleshoot data integration and configuration issues.
• Experience working on at least 1–2 Kinaxis implementation projects or handling enhancement projects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating Kinaxis with SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a collaborative team environment.
