Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Administrator with strong hands-on expertise in SAP implementation and operations support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining system stability, performance optimization, and providing L2-level support across SAP landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2 support for SAP Basis-related issues across production and non-production environments
Perform SAP system administration, monitoring, and daily operational activities
Handle performance tuning, system monitoring, and troubleshooting
Support SAP implementations, upgrades, patches, and transports
Ensure system availability, reliability, and security
Coordinate with functional and technical teams for issue resolution
Assist in SAP integrations with third-party systems (good to have)
Support incident, problem, and change management activities as per SLAs
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in SAP Basis administration
Strong experience in implementation and operations support
Hands-on knowledge of performance optimization and monitoring tools
Expertise in troubleshooting SAP Basis issues
Experience working in L2 support roles
Good communication and coordination skills
Good to Have
Exposure to SAP Payroll implementation/support
Experience with SAP system integrations
