Our aides are the heart of home health. You help patients maintain dignity, comfort, and connection while supporting them through some of life’s most important moments. We are currently prioritizing coverage for a patient in the Harrah area, making this a great opportunity for aides who live on the east side of the metro and want visits closer to home.

Pay

• $17 per patient visit (visit-based compensation rather than hourly!)

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Support patients with light housekeeping and meal preparation when needed
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the clinical team
• Document care activities according to agency standards
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and families
• Follow individualized care plans created by the nursing team
  
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Current CNA license or Home Health Aide experience
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered mindset
• Ability to work independently in patient homes in the Harrah and east Oklahoma City metro area
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Home health experience is a plus, but not required
