Job Description
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring requirements.
- Conduct HR interviews and reference checks.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation.
- Ensure smooth employee onboarding and joining formalities.
2. HR Operations
- Maintain and update employee records and personal files.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee data.
- Generate HR reports and maintain HR documentation.
- Handle employee lifecycle management (joining to exit).
- Ensure data accuracy and proper record keeping.
3. Employee Relations
- Address employee queries and grievances in a timely manner.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and performance management processes.
- Conduct exit interviews and manage full & final settlements.
- Assist in implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
4. Compliance & Payroll
- Assist in payroll processing and salary coordination.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee records.
- Prepare HR documentation and compliance reports as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR operations.
- Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- BBA / MBA / PGDM in HR.
- Experience in payroll and statutory compliance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹33,074.71 per month
