Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented professional for the role of Salesperson and Kitchen Interior Specialist at Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The position involves engaging with clients to understand their needs, recommending suitable kitchen interior solutions, and effectively closing sales. The individual will collaborate with design teams, provide product demonstrations, prepare proposals, and ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales and installation process.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed targets
• Knowledge of kitchen interiors, layout planning, and materials used in modular kitchens
• Customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Attention to detail and proficiency in creating accurate and compelling client proposals
• any degree in business, interior design, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in sales, kitchen interiors, or home
