Job Title: Retail Sales Executive

Location: West Patel Nagar, New Delhi

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month+ Incentives

Experience: Minimum 6 months

Job Type: Full-time

Working Days: 6 days a week

Timings: 10:30 AM – 9:00 PM

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our clothing retail team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about fashion, confident in interacting with customers, and driven to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting clothing items based on their preferences
• Actively promote products to drive store sales
• Maintain excellent customer service and build strong relationships
• Handle billing and basic store operations
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in retail sales (preferably clothing/apparel)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable and customer-friendly personality
• Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
• Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends
