🖥️ What You’ll Do

• Handle customer inquiries
• Share correct product and service information based on internal guidelines
• Support customers with their Segway orders
• Track and follow up on Segway order statuses
• Stay in touch with customers via phone and email
• Help customers with technical issues related to their Segway products

🎯 What You Bring

• High school diploma or higher
• Excellent German and English communication skills
• Confident use of Microsoft Office tools

📍 Location & Work Setup

This is an onsite position based in Budapest or Debrecen, depending on project needs. 🏢
