Job Description

A leader in IT services and digital transformation, operating in the CRM and cloud enterprise applications sector — delivering end-to-end Salesforce implementations, integrations, and managed services for B2B and B2C clients. We deliver scalable, secure CRM solutions and require an on-site technical lead to drive architecture and delivery for strategic Salesforce programs in Pune, India.

Role & Responsibilities

Own technical delivery for Salesforce projects: define solution architecture, data model, security, and integration patterns across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Lead design and implementation of custom code and UI: guide Apex development, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce where required; enforce coding standards and perform code reviews.
Design and manage integrations: implement REST/SOAP APIs, middleware solutions, and ensure reliable data flows with external systems.
Drive release management and deployment processes using source control and CI/CD practices; coordinate production releases and rollback plans.
Mentor and lead on-site engineering teams, working closely with product owners, architects, QA, and project managers to meet timelines and SLAs.
Troubleshoot performance and scalability issues, produce technical documentation, and maintain governance and compliance for Salesforce orgs.
