Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a College Marketing Representative. The role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote the institution's programs across colleges, managing social media marketing efforts, and building relationships with students and faculty. The representative will also create awareness through in-person presentations, networking events, and distributing promotional materials. Collaboration with internal teams to align marketing goals and analyze campaign effectiveness will also be a critical part of the role.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse audiences
  • Experience in Marketing and Marketing Campaign Management
  • Familiarity with Social Media Marketing strategies and tools
  • A passion for Music is a plus, as it may complement creative aspects of marketing
  • Ability to organize events and manage on-site promotional activities
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Previous experience in an educational or technology-focused organization is a plus
