Job Title : Salesforce Developer
Job Location : India (Remote)
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to support multiple parallel initiatives. The engagement requiring strong hands-on development expertise across Apex, Flows, and Lightning Components. The developer will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and integration teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain custom solutions using Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch, Scheduled Jobs)
- Design and implement advanced Flows (Record-triggered, Scheduled, Screen Flows)
- Build and enhance Lightning Web Components (LWC) and/or Aura Components
- Perform code refactoring and optimization for performance and scalability
- Work on API integrations (REST/SOAP) and external system integrations
- Support data migration and data validation logic where required
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
- Support SIT/UAT defect resolution and deployment activities
- Collaborate across multiple project workstreams simultaneously
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Strong expertise in: Apex programming (Triggers, Classes, Test Classes with >75% coverage)
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce Flows (complex automation handling)
- Experience in API integrations (REST/SOAP, Named Credentials)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security model
- Experience in CI/CD and deployment using Change Sets or DevOps tools
- Ability to handle multiple parallel projects in a fast-paced environment
- Good debugging and performance optimization skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (mandatory)
- Platform Developer II (preferred)
- Experience in large-scale orgs with multiple integrations
- Exposure to Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
Engagement Expectations
- Immediate availability preferred.
- Full-time onsite allocation during engagement.
- Ability to independently manage development tasks with minimal supervision.
- Work closely with delivery leadership to meet aggressive timelines.
