Hiring across levels:

Program Advisor - up to 6 LPA fixed

Senior Program Advisor - up to 8 LPA fixed

Team Lead - Sales - up to 10 LPA fixed

Program Manager - up to 12 LPA fixed

Role Description:

Responsibilities include providing expert academic and career counseling, mentoring students and corporate executives.

This is a business and sales role.

Qualifications:

• Strong skills in mentoring, career counseling, and student guidance
• Experience in inside sales from edtech
• Proficiency in managing admission processes and fostering enrollments
• Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team and adapt to the education industry's evolving needs
• Prior experience in the education sector, executive training, or business development is advantageous
• Bachelor's or master's degree in business management, Education, or a related field.
