Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Support Executive based in Ahmedabad, with flexibility for part-time remote work. The role involves supporting the sales team in achieving their objectives, managing customer relationships, and addressing inquiries. Typical day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and maintaining sales documents, assisting with lead generation and follow-ups, coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery, and providing after-sales support to enhance client satisfaction. The Sales Support Executive will also help promote automation products and services and maintain accurate sales data and reports.


Qualifications

  • Sales and Customer Relationship Management skills, including handling customer inquiries and supporting the sales process
  • Proficiency in tools for documentation and data analysis, such as Microsoft Excel or CRM platforms
  • Communication and Interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and internal teams effectively
  • Organizational capabilities and attention to detail for managing records and coordinating tasks
  • Ability to work independently and manage hybrid work arrangements
  • Understanding of Automation as a Service (AaaS) or a background in scientific and engineering industries is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Instrumentation Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
