Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist, located in Coimbatore. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales goals. Additional responsibilities include providing training to clients or team members, delivering exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies for market penetration and revenue growth.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively
Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Experience in conducting Training sessions for internal teams or clients
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Familiarity with CRM software or sales tools is an advantage
Previous experience in the IT/Software industry is a plus
