The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and emerging Sales Representative to join our dynamic US team. This is a fully remote position, open to candidates located anywhere in the United States.
You will be crucial in expanding our presence in the US market, focusing on identifying new customers and introducing our groundbreaking fenceless technology. Core Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and engage potential new customers and system integrators within the US market to build a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Conduct initial sales presentations and demonstrations (primarily remotely, with occasional travel) to articulate the unique value proposition of our robotic solutions.
- Support the entire sales cycle, including preparing quotes, managing initial customer inquiries, and ensuring a smooth transition to the senior sales and engineering teams.
- Act as a key liaison between potential customers and our internal application engineering teams to scope out initial project requirements.
- Actively engage with customers post-sale to ensure initial satisfaction, build the foundation for long-term relationships, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and contribute to the development of insightful sales reports.
Qualifications
- >3 years of proven sales or inside sales experience within the industrial robotics, automation, or related technology sectors.
- Direct experience selling industrial robots or industrial automation solutions is required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring or seeking visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- A foundational understanding of B2B sales processes and experience with a medium to long sales cycle.
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Engineering, Business, or a related technical field is a plus).
- Exceptional self-motivation, strong organizational, and foundational relationship-building skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
