Liaise with CMOs to ensure timely manufacturing and delivery of products.
Share monthly supply plans and forecasts with respective CMOs to support production planning.
Raise and release purchase orders as per defined lead times and contractual agreements.
Ensure timely completion of work orders and receipt of finished goods (FG) and APIs in the virtual plant.
Monitor production progress and proactively address delays or supply risks.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to CMO planning, production status, and supply performance.
Coordinate cross-functional alignment between supply chain, CMO, quality, and sales team.
Prepare the overall production and supply planning summary to support business demand and inventory targets
