Role Description

Etherealflights Pvt Ltd is seeking a Sales Specialist for Drone Spray solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The Sales Specialist will engage with clients, understand their agricultural and industrial drone needs, and provide tailored solutions. Key responsibilities include managing the sales process, maintaining strong customer relationships, providing product demonstrations, and conducting training sessions as needed. The individual will also contribute to developing sales strategies to support revenue growth.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively understand client needs and build lasting relationships
  • Sales and Sales Management expertise to drive performance and deliver on revenue targets
  • Experience in Training to educate customers on product usage and benefits
  • Proven ability to work independently and within a team to achieve goals
  • Familiarity with agricultural, industrial, or drone technologies is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Prior experience in a sales or customer-facing role will be a plus
