Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Srinagar. The Sales Specialist will engage with prospective clients to promote and sell Scalup’s training programs. Key responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, managing client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and conducting product demonstrations. The Sales Specialist will also collaborate with the training team to ensure seamless onboarding and manage any sales-related administration tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven abilities in Sales and Sales Management
• Experience in conducting Training sessions for client engagement
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to meet sales targets
• Proficiency in CRM software and tools is a plus
• Prior experience in the EdTech industry or a relevant sector is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
