Job Title: Operations Executive - US Distribution

Shift: 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM IST (Monday - Friday) - Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days WFH)

Role Overview

Support daily operations for the US polymer distribution business, including order processing, ERP updates, logistics coordination, and basic financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create Sales Orders (SO) and Purchase Orders (PO)
  • Manage order-to-cash cycle from entry to invoicing
  • Maintain and update ERP data (inventory, pricing, master data)
  • Ensure accuracy of all system transactions
  • Perform 3-way matching and process vendor invoices
  • Generate customer invoices (including freight and duties)
  • Coordinate with US warehouses and track shipments
  • Follow up on deliveries and resolve issues
  • Prepare shipping documents (BOL, Packing List, COA)

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years in logistics, supply chain, or operations (chemicals/polymers preferred)
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Strong Excel skills
