About The Job

This position is responsible for implementation of data services and modification and enhancement of data architecture, automation and planning. It will have an emphasis on spatial analyses on large datasets.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in related field.

Skills Requirements

In-depth research and analysis skills with oversight.
Intermediate knowledge of SQL, Python, YAML (if applicable).
Experience with data tools (querying, scripting, analysis, ETL, CLI).
Knowledge of cloud-based infrastructures and data automation.
Familiarity with Charter’s product data sources and pipelines.
Ability to maintain data quality and validate tools and models.

Experience Requirements

Experience with reporting development and visualization (e.g., Tableau, MicroStrategy).
2+ years of experience with ETL, SQL, Shell Script, Python, JSON, data integration, and data visualization.
2+ years of experience in data/software engineering and building SQL databases.

Role & Responsibilities

Support efforts to simplify and enhance customer experience. Implement data services, structures/models, and data movement infrastructures. Provide preventative solutions and troubleshoot data job failures (error handling, data manipulation, I/O processing). Implement database concepts and query language practices. Modify, enhance, and influence data warehousing systems and processing infrastructure requirements. Collaborate with stakeholder teams to design, implement, and support end-to-end data solutions. Work with internal and external teams to resolve data integration issues. Develop reporting processes and solutions as per established standards.
