Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative located in Bengaluru South. The Sales Representative will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying market opportunities, and effectively promoting property solutions. Key tasks include conducting site visits, maintaining a detailed database of inquiries, following up on leads, and achieving sales targets aligned with company goals. Additional responsibilities include negotiating deals, preparing contracts, and assisting clients in the decision-making process to ensure a simplified property-buying experience.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with an ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Proficiency in client relationship management and communication, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of the real estate market, particularly in residential and commercial property sectors
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and documentation skills
  • Familiarity with property management software and tools is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong team collaboration
  • Punctual, professional, and customer-centric approach
  • Educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is preferred
  • Fluency in English and local languages is a plus
  • Willingness to travel locally for property visits and client meetings is required
