Scriptwriter+Shoot Coordinator

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and organized Scriptwriting & Shoot Coordinator who can develop engaging scripts and efficiently manage video shoots from pre-production to execution. The ideal candidate will bridge creativity and coordination—ensuring content ideas are translated into well-executed shoots on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

Scriptwriting

• Develop original scripts for videos (short-form, long-form, ads, reels, branded content, etc.)
• Adapt scripts based on platform, audience, and brand tone
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, or content teams to refine concepts
• Edit and revise scripts based on feedback and performance insights
• Prior experience in working with marketing agency in UGC scripts, linkedin and social media content.

Shoot Coordination

• Plan and coordinate video shoots, including schedules, locations, and logistics
• Work closely with team (videographers, editors, and talent)
• Prepare shoot outlines, shot lists, and basic mood-boards (if required)
• Ensure scripts are executed accurately during shoots
• Manage on-set coordination to ensure smooth workflow and timelines

Pre & Post Production Support

• Coordinate pre-shoot requirements (props, costumes, permissions, equipment)
• Act as a point of contact between creative and production teams
• Assist in post-production coordination to ensure final output aligns with script and vision

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong scriptwriting and storytelling skills
• Good understanding of video formats and digital platforms
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Basic knowledge of video production workflows
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
• Creative mindset with attention to detail

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience with digital content, UGC ads, or social media videos
• Familiarity with basic video editing or storyboard tools
• Prior experience coordinating shoots or production teams
