Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager of Business Development to join our team and lead the development of our medical tourism vertical. This role requires a strong network and rapport with corporate hospitals at a Pan India level, along with the ability to generate revenue from hospitals, medical tourism companies, medical travel companies, and global coordinators/agents. The successful candidate will play a vital role in expanding our medical tourism services and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Medical Tourism Vertical: Take ownership of developing and implementing strategies to establish and expand our medical tourism vertical. Identify opportunities and create partnerships with corporate hospitals, medical tourism companies, medical travel companies, and global coordinators/agents.
- Establish and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate hospitals at a Pan India level. Establish a robust network of contacts within the industry, including key decision-makers and influencers, to promote our medical tourism services.
- Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth by effectively promoting our medical tourism offerings to hospitals, medical tourism companies, medical travel companies, and global coordinators/agents. Identify potential revenue streams and negotiate partnerships and contracts to secure business opportunities while actively fulfilling sales target.
- Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities in the medical tourism sector. Conduct market research to identify new market segments and develop strategies to penetrate these segments effectively.
- Collaborate with Internal Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of medical tourism projects. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop marketing collaterals, pricing strategies, and service offerings that align with market demand.
- Participate in Industry Events: Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events. Deliver presentations and engage in discussions to promote our medical tourism services and generate leads.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to medical tourism business development, such as revenue generated, client acquisition, and market share. Prepare regular reports on business development activities, achievements, and challenges, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
