This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Senior Accountant. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accounting department. Tasks include preparing financial reports, maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, reconciling account discrepancies, and supporting the preparation of budgets. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to streamline financial processes and provide financial guidance for strategic decision-making. Additionally, the individual will assist in tax planning and audits as needed.

• Proficiency in Accounting, Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Auditing
• Experience with Tax Compliance and Financial Reporting
• Strong skills in ERP software, Microsoft Excel, and accounting tools
• Attention to detail and expertise in reconciliation and cost analysis
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a CPA or CMA certification is preferred
• Proven experience in the jewelry or a similar retail/luxury industry is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present financial insights clearly
