We are seeking applications for the position of Account Executive for the Systems BL Projects. - Noida
Missions/Main Duties
- Co-odinate/ assist in raising of the Client invoice/ collection etc. of all projects of the SYSTEMS BL in addition to supporting on record keeping of all BG, PII, submitted and received from our vendors.
- Keeping track of vendor payments and invoices
- Mange System BL/ project accounts
- Takeup employee timesheet imputing
- Support general administrative activities, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, organising travel arrangements, preparing meeting minutes, coordinating office supply inventories, and assisting with events and workshop logistics.
- Handle routine office correspondence, prepare and format reports and presentations, and facilitate communications between project teams, external partners, and clients and imputing timesheets of assigned employees.
- Prepare PPT and assist the PMO in their day to day operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounts/ Engg./ Science
- Min. 1+ years of experience
- Strong team player.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving capability.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Generating a collaborative culture and engaging a team.
- Making assessments of compensation events – both the time and cost.
