Salary 15-20k + incentives

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role located in Delhi, India. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, building and nurturing customer relationships, and driving sales to meet monthly and annual targets. Additional tasks include presenting our fitness programs, providing excellent customer service, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Sales and Customer Relationship Management
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation abilities
• Ability to conduct Market Research and identify potential clients
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working effectively in a dynamic team environment
• Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience or interest in the fitness, health, or wellness sector is a plus
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
