This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Surat. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and reaching out to potential clients, offering tailored solutions, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Additional responsibilities include providing product knowledge, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring a seamless purchasing experience. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with the internal team to align with the company’s goals and deliver excellent customer service.
- Proven sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage and influence clients
- Ability to stay updated on market trends and product knowledge in the jewelry industry
- Proficiency in time management and organizational skills to manage multiple clients and tasks
- Experience with customer service and delivering exceptional client experiences
- Comfortable using sales tools and technologies to track performance and customer interactions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in the jewelry or luxury goods sector is a plus
