The Opportunity: The Voice of the Customer

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Relationship Manager who understands that in the B2B industrial sector, "service" is a strategic differentiator. You are not just answering phones; you are managing the lifecycle of our most critical relationships.

We need a professional who grasps the nuances of the packaging industry—someone who knows that a delayed shipment is a potential line-stoppage risk for our clients. You will be the primary guardian of customer satisfaction, ensuring Benz Packaging remains their most trusted partner.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Account Retention: Proactively manage existing clients, monitoring account health, order frequency, and satisfaction to prevent churn and drive loyalty.
  • Technical Empathy: Act as the first line of resolution for technical queries regarding VCI applications and packaging specifications.
  • Operational Bridge: Serve as the critical link between the client and our internal Production, Quality, and Logistics teams, translating client urgency into internal action.
  • Conflict Resolution: Handle escalations with poise, turning dissatisfied customers into brand advocates through swift, solution-oriented problem solving.
  • Order-to-Cash Oversight: Oversee the order processing flow, ensuring documentation, dispatch schedules, and deliveries perfectly align with client expectations.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years in Customer Relationship Management or Key Account Management. Prior experience in Packaging, Logistics, or Manufacturing is highly preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
  • Communication: Sophisticated verbal and written communication skills. Capable of drafting professional emails and holding commanding conversations with procurement heads.
  • Emotional Intelligence: High EQ with the ability to "read the room" and manage stress under pressure.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software (Odoo, Salesforce) and MS Office (Excel).

Work Location Transition

  • Phase 1 (First 3 Months): Work from our Manesar Plant/HQ to get hands-on training with our products, production processes, and logistics.
  • Phase 2 (Month 4 Onwards): Move to our permanent corporate office on Golf Course Extension Road, Gurgaon.
