Job Description

Responsibilities:


  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends and deliver actionable insights.
  • Develop efficient data collection systems and support sales planning, forecasting, and demand alignment.
  • Drive process optimization by identifying improvement opportunities and leveraging technology and best practices.
  • Create and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and performance benchmarks to monitor progress and refine strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure accurate data analysis and support strategic execution.
  • Utilize strong analytical, technical, and communication skills to enable data-driven decision-making and support predictable revenue growth.


Profile & Competencies:


  • Bachelor’s degree with 5–8 years’ experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
  • Strong understanding of financial systems, operational drivers, and organizational execution.
  • Experience leading demand planning and forecasting, including EMEA/APAC exposure.
  • Ability to support supply planning, validate performance, and manage capacity planning.
  • Skilled in supply model mapping and developing metrics for forecast accuracy, S&OP, and inventory.
  • Proficient in inventory optimization; fluency in English with French/German as an added advantage.
