Key Skills Qualifications: 1. Educational Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Jewelry Design, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or a related field. CAD Certification or advanced training in software like Rhino, Matrix, or other jewelry design software is highly preferred.

Experience Requirements: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in jewelry CAD design, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role. Extensive hands-on experience with CAD software (e.g., Rhino, Matrix, JewelCAD). Experience working closely with production and client-facing teams, particularly in the jewelry manufacturing industry.

Salary Expectations: Mid-Level (CAD Team Lead):. Senior-level (CAD HOD):, depending on location, company size, and experience.

Work Environment: Design Studios or Offices: The CAD HOD typically works in a design studio or office environment but May frequently interact with the production floor and clients. Collaborative Environment: Regular interaction with various departments, including design, production, and client-facing teams. Fast-paced: Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, especially when dealing with high-end or custom designs.
