GrowExx's client is an investment banking firm specializing in raising funds, capital, and credit limits for companies across India, particularly in the real estate and NBFC sectors.


About the Role


We are looking for a driven and highly dependable Virtual Assistant to support the CEO in daily operations, follow-ups, coordination, and task execution.


Responsibilities


  • Provide direct administrative and operational support to the Director.
  • Handle daily follow-ups with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Manage emails, schedules, appointments, and task trackers.
  • Conduct research, prepare summaries, and compile reports as required.
  • Coordinate meetings, calls, and documentation across multiple assignments.
  • Use AI and online tools to create drafts, organize data, automate tasks, and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks with high accuracy.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

Qualifications


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong follow-up discipline and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Skilled in AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, automation tools) and online productivity platforms.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Quick learner with a growth-oriented mindset and willingness to take initiative.
  • Proficiency with MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Professional, reliable, and comfortable working remotely.


Required Skills


  • Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Exposure to finance, banking, or business operations (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, high-performance environment.
