Your Mission

You will own Punjab & Haryana like it’s your business.

From school partnerships β†’ execution β†’ team management β†’ revenue, everything in your territory runs through you.

You are not a middle layer.

You are the face of Shazam Sports on ground.


What You’ll Be Doing

Own School Relationships

  • Be the go-to person for Principals & School Owners
  • Run Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly reviews like a pro
  • Represent Shazam Sports with authority, clarity & confidence

Lead Operations Like a Captain

  • Manage and drive a team of sports teachers
  • Conduct audits, ensure quality, fix gaps FAST
  • Bring innovative ideas to improve programs, engagement & outcomes
  • Build discipline, reporting culture & execution excellence

Drive Sales & Growth

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline
  • Close partnerships and renewals quarterly
  • Expand aggressively in Punjab & Haryana
  • Turn conversations into contracts


Founder-Level Expectations

You will be:

  • Reporting directly to Founders & National Manager
  • Expected to reduce decision-making load by bringing solutions, not problems
  • Someone who thinks ahead, experiments, and brings new ideas to scale the territory

Who You Are

  • Someone who has played sports or actively been involved in sports

  • Confident dealing with school leadership (Principals/Owners)
  • Comfortable managing both people + targets


Requirements

  • Post Graduate (Mandatory)
  • 2–3 years’ experience (Sales / Ops / School Ecosystem)
  • Sports Management background (Good to have, not mandatory)
